I am a one-lady-band running a very small operation where I do absolutely everything myself, which means I can guarantee to you that anything you buy from me will have been made and/or packed with the utmost care and attention. I hope you will love your What Delilah Did purchases as much as I love making them, but being an avid Internet shopper myself I know how important it is to know where you stand when buying goods online, so please take a look at the policies below to make sure you are happy with them before you place an order.


{ Pre-Packed Kits and Accessories }

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please let me know within 48 hours of receiving it and I will do all I can to fix it for you.

Returned items must be unused/unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. I am unable to refund postage costs unless an item is faulty and I cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach me or are damaged when I get them, so please ensure you pack them carefully and use a traceable method of postage if you wish to send your purchases back to me.

{ PDF Patterns }

Due to the nature and immediate delivery of PDF patterns I am unable to issue refunds for any patterns purchased once they have been downloaded, so please take extra care when ordering these. Please contact me before you buy if you have any questions.

{ Made to Order Items }

Wholesale orders, printed patterns and cut lengths of fabric/trims are all prepared to order, therefore as with PDF patterns, sales for these items are final.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
