Payment

    All payments are securely processed through Paypal. You can pay for your order with your Paypal account if you have one, or with a regular credit or debit card if not.

    I am based in England and so all prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), however Paypal will automatically convert all payments into your national currency no matter where you are in the world. If you would like to get an idea of the cost of things in your own currency before you buy, please take a look at the Currency Converter.

    Delivery of PDF patterns is free no matter where you are in the world. Patterns are delivered via email - just click on the link in the email and save the PDF file to your computer. From there you can open it up and print out a copy of the pattern to work from so that you can create your own version of the design.

    All other items (e.g. cross stitch kits) are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class post/Airmail. Generally if you place an order by 7pm I will post it on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday.

    Standard delivery on all UK orders is free - in order keep costs low enough to do this I use Royal Mail Second Class post which aims to deliver within 3 working days of despatch. If you would like your kits faster please choose one of the UK delivery upgrade options.

    International delivery costs £4. There is only one delivery charge per order no matter how many things you buy. Everything is sent out from here in England, so please allow extra time for your order to reach you if you live elsewhere. Also please be aware that you will be liable for any import taxes or duty that may be applied to goods shipped outside of the UK - these are sadly beyond my control.

    Returns

    I am unable to offer refunds for digital products (i.e. PDF patterns) once they have been downloaded. Please click here for further details on this.

    For all other products, I want you to love your What Delilah Did purchases as much as I love making them and so if you are unhappy with your things for any reason whatsoever please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will be happy to fix it for you with a refund or replacement.

    Returns must be unused/unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. I am unable to refund postage costs unless an item is faulty and I cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach me or are damaged when I get them so please ensure you pack them carefully and use a traceable method of postage if you wish to send your purchases back to me. This does not affect your statutory rights.
